The Urano Platform

The uApp is the core of our ecosystem, the gateway where Real World Asset (RWA) opportunities are brought from the traditional world and tokenized into uShares, making investments more accessible than ever. Every opportunity available on the uApp (Urano Application) has been meticulously reviewed by our legal team, ensuring the security and sustainability of the underlying asset. Through tokenization, these assets are transformed into on-chain digital investment opportunities, represented by uShares, which can be acquired directly via a Web3 wallet.

By navigating the uApp, users can explore all available RWA investment opportunities and analyze them in detail, with access to:

  • Issuer Information: Details about the company issuing the tokenized asset and the structure of the investment (e.g., commercial property lease, art shares, etc.).

  • Specialist Analysis: A professional assessment of the investment opportunity.

  • Internal Rating: A rating system that reflects the evaluation conducted by our certifiers.

  • Supporting Documents & Links: Additional materials provided by the issuer for further due diligence.

Once an investor selects an RWA opportunity, they can purchase the uShare easily and directly by connecting their wallet and completing a KYC verification, ensuring legal recognition of their participation in the underlying asset. After completing the purchase, the uShare is stored in the investor’s Web3 wallet, officially granting them ownership of the tokenized RWA. Additionally, the uApp provides users with a "My Portfolio" section, offering a comprehensive overview of their holdings and investment performance.
