Erminio Brambilla - CEO (Chief Executive Officer) An expert entrepreneur in the real estate and financial sectors, specializing in non-performing loans (NPLs). With over 30 years of experience as CEO and CMO, they bring expertise in financial leasing, corporate consulting, and real estate restructuring.

Iwona Matwiejew - COO & CFO (Chief Operating Officer & Chief Financial Officer) With more than 20 years of experience in cross-border commodity investments in Europe and Asia, this financial expert specializes in investment funds, AML compliance, blockchain, and cryptocurrency regulations.

Peter Regent - CSO & SFPA (Chief Strategy Office & Senior Financial & Partnerships Advisor) Financial consultant with 25+ years of international experience in the financial sector, having also served as CEO and CFO in the EU, the UK, the USA, and Russia, specializing in banking, wealth management, and regulatory compliance.

Gjon Radovani - CTO (Chief Technology Officer) An international architect and art curator, founder of architectural studios in Stuttgart and Tirana. The CTO has led major projects in Europe, Africa, and Latin America and is a former Deputy Minister for Urban Development in Albania.

Ivano Tonoli - HR Manager (Human Resources Manager) Entrepreneur with over 20 years in digital solutions for mobile, banking, and credit sectors, and founder of several financial associations.
