uStation, a dedicated module integrated within the uApp, serves as the onboarding gateway for the tokenization process within the Urano Ecosystem. It provides individuals and businesses with a structured, compliant and technically supported pathway to bring eligible Real World Assets (RWA) on-chain. Through a dedicated evaluation flow, Urano reviews each proposal and defines an appropriate tokenization strategy applicable to various asset categories, including fine art, collectibles, real estate, intellectual property and business-related structures.

Whether the project involves an artwork, a collectible asset, an income-producing item or a corporate initiative, uStation offers a standardized and efficient framework for structuring its digital representation. Each submitted opportunity undergoes a standardized assessment process that includes KYB verification for issuers, documentation analysis and eligibility checks aligned with applicable regulatory frameworks.

The Urano advisory team assists issuers by:

• Structuring the tokenization framework and defining the technical parameters of the uShares to be issued. • Outlining the listing and presentation flow within the uApp to ensure clarity, transparency and proper documentation for eligible users. • Coordinating operational planning for the post-tokenization phase, including lifecycle management and ongoing compliance requirements. • Ensuring alignment with relevant regulations throughout the entire process, from initial assessment to final deployment.

How to Get Started

To initiate a tokenization proposal through uStation, issuers must follow a structured submission process designed to ensure regulatory alignment and operational feasibility.

1. Prepare the required documentation Issuers must provide: • Company information and corporate documentation suitable for KYB verification. • Identification and description of the proposed Real World Asset (RWA). • A clear operational outline of the tokenization idea, including expected structure, asset background and available supporting materials.

2. Submit your proposal through uStation Once submitted, the project enters a preliminary assessment phase where the Urano team reviews eligibility, documentation completeness and regulatory compatibility.

3. Comprehensive review & due diligence Eligible opportunities undergo a detailed internal evaluation, including risk assessment, compliance checks and feasibility analysis. Only proposals that meet the required standards progress to the next stage.

4. Video consultation If the project satisfies preliminary requirements, the issuer is invited to a video consultation to discuss technical, legal and operational aspects of the tokenization process.
